At DISSH, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals are still attached.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
